Today, is the day I’ve been looking forward to all week !
This speeding cab under the heavy rain definitely adds up much to the excitement
Well it’s been a tiring couple of weeks..
The endless works I’ve succumb myself into
The emotional ups and downs I went through
I’ve never see myself worked so hard in my life before…and I am gonna take a much deserved rest today
Today, will be all about her..
The one person that I’ve been dedicating all my efforts for
The one person that, without her, I wouldn’t have ever think that the last couple of weeks was possible

the toughest week…..
is gonna be this week,
i have so many to-dos
so many things to settle
so many things to edit
so many things to create
so many places to be
so many thousand things to slowly put my attention to
i really wish i could stop time for a bit
an extra day for this week will not be enough really
usually people will wish for an extra day to stop and take a break and sleep or relax
if i have that extra day, i think i’m also gonna use it up to work
this week had began on a sunday…
monday had been hectic
and today was also of no exception…
also today….is basically the last day i think i can just briefly stop and browse around the net, facebook and stuffs
come tomorrow….
every single day..there’s something on
two more shoots coming this week
hopefully this kinda schedules are here to stay
i’ll be more than happy to welcome it
i excel with pressure !
for as long as u are near me

work schedules though running a bit late but everything is going well as planned
september, is gonna be great really

when there’s still racial discrimination.

it’s time to understand,

each and the different people of different races, beliefs, religion.

taking a night off
feels great to have done quite a lot of work in the past few days
all thanks to you
it’s been for the longest time that i have so much drive, so much motivation
to sit here,
non stop
and just stare at this bright screen and work
the past few days had been amazing
and i hope you know
it’s only you who can make me this way
and now,
i’m finally able to see pictures in my head again
it’s been a while
i’ve miss this feeling…for so long

can’t wait for september for a couple things,
1. i’ll finally be able to see you again
2. i’ll be flying back home for 10 days
3. i’ll be shooting a personal project
4. also looking forward to wasting a day or two gaming away
5. 2 weddings ! 1 am attending, shot the pre-wedding another shot pre-wedding and will be shooting the actual day as well !
6. will finally be able to share the works i’ve done for the past couple of months !

Singapore.
a place i’d definitely associate with a lot
an island, i basically grew up on
a country, i’ve visited as far back as when i was a little kid in primary school

my very first memory of Singapore, long forgotten, however, pictures don’t lie.
i’ve been here for as far back as when my passport was still a merged on with my mum
back when my grandpa was still alive
back when my dad still used his old minolta film camera and took like forever to compose a single picture (my dad still does that, he takes forever to shoot a picture !)
back when power rangers were my heroes and all i wished for were doraemon were real
what happened,
where we went exactly
had all been forgotten in my memory
all i knew was
we visited chinatown for there is a family picture of us there

little did i know then,
years down the road
singapore
will be a place i’d spend most of my youth at

year 2000,
my parents decided to send me here for my education
i arrived with my mum who then left me alone after a couple of days
since then on
for 10 years
i grew
and learnt
a whole lot
though education was the ultimate motive for my stay here
i’ve learnt much more
i’ve learnt life
i’ve met amazing people
i’ve made the bestest of friends
and although
i still value Medan as my one and only home
i cannot deny
that my upbringing, values and principles
won’t be the way they are today if i haven’t been here for the past decade
for that,
this country
a mere tiny dot on the world map
holds a large place in my heart

this year Singapore,
my only wish is
it’d be my last

10 years,
it’s time to finally go home

but before my departure,
i promise
i’ll drop by every single local spot
every single mrt stations
every single heartlands
and explore
to the fullest
and capture,
my singapore
